I am old, somedays older than others, didn't care for tom dooley much, but liked a lot of things the kingston trio did afterwards, then pp&m appeared and boy were they great on stage, from there I listened to the chad mitchell trio, dave van ronk, phil ochs and had to listen to bob dylan sing from time to time, but.......
I picked up an album by fred neil once, listened to it said this guy is just too strange. Now Geesh, that guy was good, so many favorite folksingers and thanks to folkfans I am still finding them.

Haggis passed away
June 29, 2012
With a handle like Haggis-1 I obviously live in Scotland - in Dalgety Bay, Fife – just north of Edinburgh across the river Forth. I have now retired. I am now looking for a new property beside the ocean on the west coast of Scotland away from the hustle and bustle, maybe keep a few black-faced sheep and some chooks. I would still like to tour the English waterways for a couple of years with my wife on a narrowboat if the opportunity arises.
If any of my friends from the various Folk rooms are considering visiting Edinburgh please call in and see me, maybe we will share a haggis supper. Send a private message and I'll give you the address etc. August is the best time - during the Edinburgh Festival. -Mike
Colleen 23231 (Colleen)
I live in the wine country of Northern California. I like classical music, read like a demon, love to needlepoint and garden.
Rev Guthrie Wurzel (Bob)
I work with adults with learning disabilities and we have a rock & roll band called the Honeytones. We are very popular wherever we play. I never had so much fun !! If any of you know someone with a PILE of money, then we would love to bring the band to the states and inflict our raucous style on the cousins across the great divide.
